Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any service provided by 99kopi, you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 99kopi as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop your registration or use of the platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendments take effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

The 99kopi platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements cumulatively:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activity;
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of any other individual;
• Has not been officially designated as a prohibited individual by us.

This platform does not accept registrations from individuals who have chosen to place a self-exclusion on themselves through our responsible gambling programme or any relevant regulatory body.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts without any refund.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as stated on your identity card, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. 99kopi reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

• Full name must match official identity documents (MyKad or passport);
• Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with any party;
• Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account;
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to customer support immediately.

Deposits and Payment Methods

99kopi accepts deposits through the following payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except crypto:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. 99kopi does not charge any processing fees on user deposit transactions. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are outside our control.

All deposited funds must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. 99kopi reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of coming from third parties or unauthorised payment methods.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for the deposit, or to another account verified by our finance team.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the payment method chosen and the account verification status at the time. If KYC verification is not yet complete, the withdrawal process may take longer while the review is carried out.

• Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal request is processed;
• Any wagering requirements linked to an active bonus must be met first;
• 99kopi reserves the right to request additional supporting documents if a transaction is considered to require further review;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 99kopi are subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before claiming any bonus.

For example, the 150% welcome bonus up to RM888 offered to new members carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. A calculated example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, resulting in a balance of RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstances;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, IP address, device or household;
• Other promotion programmes such as VIP cashback, referral and birthday bonuses are subject to their own respective terms;
• 99kopi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 99kopi platform — covering sports betting, online slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games — are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirming.

99kopi reserves the right to cancel or void any bet suspected of being linked to match manipulation, insider information, or any form of fraud. In technical situations such as system outages or game errors, the decision made by the game developer or operator is final.

• Bets placed on events that have already started or ended before the bet was accepted will be voided;
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed;
• Any winnings arising from a significant technical error are not considered valid and will not be paid out;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as displayed for each market.

Prohibited User Conduct

Use of the 99kopi platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automation software, bots or scripts to manipulate the game system;
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly;
• Channelling funds from illegal activities through the platform (money laundering);
• Sharing or selling an account to another party;
• Providing misleading or false information to the customer support team.

99kopi uses advanced fraud detection technology and works closely with game developers to maintain the integrity of all activity on the platform. Users suspected of involvement in any of the above activities may face a temporary account suspension while an investigation is carried out.

Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 99kopi customer support team via Live Chat or email. Any valid and eligible balance will be returned to the user after the review process is complete.

99kopi reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, access to the account will be blocked while an investigation is carried out.

Users who wish to impose a self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons may do so through the account settings section or by contacting the support team. This option is available for a specific period or permanently, according to the user's preference.

Dispute Resolution

Any complaint or dispute relating to an account, transaction, or game outcome must be submitted to the 99kopi customer support team within 14 days from the date of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

99kopi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable time. Final decisions regarding game disputes are based on server records maintained by our system, and these records are considered accurate and reliable evidence.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

99kopi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or by email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent situations.

It is the user's responsibility to review the latest version of these terms and conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
